Joginder is a Certified Data Centre Specialist (CDCS) and Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) who has managed data centre projects and operations at Bharti Airtel and Nxtra Data, including leading a team to an Uptime Tier III Constructed Facility certificate. Before that he served 20 years in the Indian Air Force as a maintenance engineer and technical instructor.
Since 2018 he has worked as an independent trainer and consultant on Uptime certification and data centre operations and projects, delivering onsite, classroom and online workshops. His training includes modules built for a specific 70 MVA data centre and onsite training for Indian Army staff.
