At Network Binary, we aim to provide a valuable and positive training experience for every learner. This Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations, rescheduling and refund requests for our training services.
If a participant wishes to cancel a confirmed training booking, the request must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made 10 calendar days or fewer before the scheduled training start date are non-refundable. For cancellations made earlier than this period, refund eligibility will be determined according to the agreed booking terms and any applicable conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
Participants may request to reschedule a confirmed training session once per booking, subject to trainer availability and confirmation from Network Binary. Further rescheduling requests for the same booking will not be permitted. Participants are encouraged to confirm their availability before requesting a change to the scheduled training date.
If Network Binary cancels a confirmed training programme and a mutually acceptable alternative date or replacement cannot be arranged, eligible fees paid for the affected training will be refunded. Fees for course materials, exam vouchers or third-party services that have already been issued, activated or supplied may be non-refundable, subject to the applicable provider terms and law.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible and may be subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider. All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy, the agreed booking terms and applicable legal requirements.
